Standard business conditions for the Shop
§1 Area of application
To the business relation between Hotel of World.com and the orderer apply excluding the following general trading conditions in their at the time of the order valid version. Deviating conditions of the orderer not on Hotel of World.com recognizes, it is, Hotel of World.com their validity would expressly in writing have agreed.
§2 Contract conclusion
Their order represents an offer at us for the conclusion of a sales contract. If you give an order up with Hotel of World.com, we send to you a E-Mail, whom confirms the entrance of your order with us and whose details specifies (order confirmation). This order confirmation represents no acceptance of your offer, but is you only about the fact to inform that your order was received with us. A sales contract comes only then to conditions if we dispatch the ordered product to you and confirm the dispatch to you with a second E-Mail (dispatch confirmation). Over products from the same order, which are not specified in the dispatch confirmation, no sales contract comes to conditions. The contract comes with Hotel of World.com to conditions. This does not apply to products, which buy you directly with an offerer from other Shops and auctions. The sales contract comes then directly with the offerer to conditions and it apply with this agreed upon conditions. Hotel of World.com does not offer products for the purchase by persons under age. Also our products for children can be bought only by adults. Please you note that we sell medium and entertainment electronics products only in household-usual quantities.
§3 Revocation
The orderer can for his part in writing (also by E-Mail) or by return of the commodity within two weeks after receipt of the commodity the contract recall. If the purchase order value more than 40,00€ , refunds Hotel of World.com amounts to the costs of the return. §6 Characteristics with the purchase

§9 Warranty for defects

If Hotel of World.com hurts negligently a contract-substantial obligation, the obligation to indemnify for damages to property is limited to the typically developing damage. If the Nacherfuellung takes place in the way of a replacement, the orderer is obligated to send the commodity back supplied first within 30 days at Hotel of World.com. If the commodity is not received within this period with Hotel of World.com, hotel OF World.com is justified to require replacement for the commodity supplied first and to deduct this of the currency designated for payment. The period of limitation amounts to twenty-four months, counted starting from supply.
